Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, train staff, and collaborate with families across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include FBAs, treatment planning, data analysis, and ensuring BACB ethics compliance, with a focus on ethical, person-centered care and quality of life outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
