Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families.

The role focuses on individualized treatment, collaboration with caregivers, and ongoing data-driven adjustments. We value ethical practice, professional growth, and a family-centered approach, with opportunities for supervision, mentorship, and multidisciplinary teamwork across home, school, and community

Qualifications

• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Experience supervising RBTs and analysts.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Strong data analysis to monitor client outcomes.
• Knowledge of BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
