Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services in homes, schools, and communities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and supervising behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
