Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs across home, school and community settings. The role emphasizes ethical, client-centered care with strong collaboration with families and colleagues.

You will lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs and analysts, and monitor outcomes with data-driven adjustments to maximize client growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure/credentialing as per state rules.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
