Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) seeks a dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will lead a compassionate team, mentor staff, and directly engage with families to improve quality of life for clients and their loved ones.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decisions, and close collaboration with caregivers, schools, and clinical teammates to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or with a team.
• Engage with clients and implement safe, client-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS ethical guidelines.
