Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking compassionate BCBAs/BCaBAs to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients across Washington. You will collaborate with families and professionals to tailor interventions and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, supervising team members, and maintaining ethical compliance and data-driven outcomes to maximize client success in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification with BACB good standing.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
