Stafford Early Autism Services is seeking an enthusiastic BCBA or BCaBA to join our Stafford, VA team. The candidate will lead assessments, design individualized behavior plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating closely with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Licensed in Virginia to practice.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs on the team.
• Analyze data to guide client-centered clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals for consistency.
• Complete session notes, updates, and progress reports timely.
