Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a BCBA/BCaBA in Virginia Beach to lead assessments and develop individualized intervention plans. You will provide one‑on‑one therapy, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support families and clients.

The role offers full-time or part-time options, in-person/hybrid scheduling, and opportunities to stay current with CEUs and fieldwork supervision.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification and eligibility to work in Virginia.
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (we'll help you get certified).
• Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for well-rounded care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, accurate Documentation.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
