Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will lead treatment planning and ensure high-quality services for clients and families.

As a BCBA/BCaBA you will conduct FBAs, develop plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families. The role emphasizes ethical practice, mentorship, and family-centered care with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members (RBTs, analysts, staff).
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
