Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, lead FBAs, and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality, ethical, client-centered care for families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• All roles subject to local/state licensure and credentialing requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently with remote supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
