Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required and in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans is essential.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
