Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Related degree required
• Licensure/certification must meet local/state requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client progress
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
