Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in homes, schools, or communities.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
