Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Local/state licensure and certification requirements apply.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Able to engage with clients and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Focus on applying PBS principles to improve quality of life for families.
• Aiming to attract and retain skilled professionals within PBS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
