Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in ABA, seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead intervention planning, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will design and oversee intervention plans, mentor RBTs and analysts, analyze data, and collaborate closely with families and professionals to promote meaningful, lasting change in quality of life for individuals and families served.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervising and training team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
