Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned and operated organization delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families affected by autism.

We seek a compassionate BCBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality services across home, school, and community settings. You will conduct FBAs, train staff, collaborate with families and professionals, monitor progress through data, and uphold BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans; ensure BACB ethics compliance.
