Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise intervention plans, mentor staff, and partner with families to achieve meaningful improvements.

The role involves leading assessments, guiding therapy across settings, and maintaining high-quality outcomes while supporting work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers on clients’ programs.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
