Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
