Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) invites qualified BCBAs to join our mission-driven team to design, supervise, and optimize ABA-based interventions for clients across home, school, and community settings.

As a BCBA/BCaBA at PBS, you will lead supervision, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to achieve meaningful, lasting behavior change. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients across settings and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
