Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in the United States is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team.

You will design and supervise ABA services, mentor aides, and ensure high-quality care for clients with behavioral challenges. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
