Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and coordinate care across home, school and community settings.

You will build trust with families, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services while upholding BACB ethics. We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive BCBA-led environment, comprehensive benefits, mentorship, quarterly bonuses, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Related degree; licensure/credentialing as required by local/state.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
