This role focuses on creating effective intervention plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with families to improve quality of life for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, assist with mobility and safe lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
