Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements apply to all roles.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
