Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and Analysts, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree(s).
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
