Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor staff and RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful improvements in quality of life. This role involves travel to client locations and adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients safely and handle physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
