We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team and help families achieve meaningful change. As a BCBA, you’ll design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies to deliver high-quality services across home, school, and community

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to travel to client locations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies
