The BCBA/BCaBA will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality services across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to client locations and work across sites

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies
