Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. We seek compassionate BCBAs or BCaBAs to design and supervise behavior plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
