Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality care. You will analyze data, ensure treatment fidelity, and maintain BACB ethics in every plan.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
