Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team providing ethical, client-centered ABA services to families facing autism challenges.

You will conduct FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to monitor progress. PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing mentorship to promote professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BACB-certified BCBA or BCaBA in good standing.
• Related degree required.
• Licensure and certification per state/local requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
