You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise assistants, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families in home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required or implied by role.
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
