Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility where needed.
• Commitment to BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home/school/community settings for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
