Job summary

Mindcolor Autism in North San Antonio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team from the ground up. This role offers a supportive leadership culture, a balanced schedule, and the opportunity to build a thriving center with a dedicated team.

You will develop data-driven treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and contribute to a positive clinical culture. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, with a 25-hour weekly billable expectation,

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field required.
  • BCBA certification required and in good standing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the very beginning and play an important role in building a thriving center and culture from the ground up.   • QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
