Job summary

Jobtailor in Georgia seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in a clinical setting. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide direct services with data collection and analysis.

You will train and supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and ensure progress is documented.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA in good standing
• GA LBA license required
• Master's degree or higher in ABA/psychology/special education or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies
• Familiar with assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Proficient in FBAs and BIPs implementation
• Data collection and analysis skills
• Experience training/supervising behavior technicians
• Proficient with data analysis software
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport with families
• Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of GA line to maintain LBA in GA

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and goals of individuals with autism
• Provide services in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA
• Provide direct ABA services including behavior assessments, data collection, and analysis
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members in BIP implementation
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure continuity of services
• Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and evaluate effectiveness of plans
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
• Stay current with research and BACB standards
• Adhere to BACB professional and ethical standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
