Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Atlanta-area team. You will grow with the organization, supervise staff, and collaborate with our Clinical Director to deliver high-quality home-based ABA therapy.

The role requires traveling to surrounding counties, data-driven treatment decisions, and updating client goals and plans. Experience with children or disabilities is preferred, and compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active with state licensing.
• Experience working with children or children with disabilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and provide parent training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-certified staff and provide supervision.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings with family members and therapists.
• Provide training and feedback to parents as needed.
• Analyze data collected by therapy teams and adjust treatment decisions.
• Update client goals and treatment plans.
• Take part in initial assessments for new clients.
• Provide some direct (1:1) service to young children with autism.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an individual who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We want a motivated and driven behavior analyst to grow with our organization whose clinical approach fits well with our team. Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) is an established provider of home-based ABA therapy with ten years of experience implementing high quality programming nationwide. We are looking to expand our privately owned practice in the Atlanta area, as well as its surrounding counties and regions. A successful candidate is experienced, but ready to learn while working closely with our Clinical Director.

Duties

• Supervising and training non-certified staff
• Attending bi-weekly team meetings with family members and therapists
• Providing training and feedback to parents as needed
• Analyzing data taken by therapy teams and making treatment decisions
• Updating client goals and treatment plans
• Taking part in initial assessments for new clients
• Providing some direct (1:1) service to young children with autism

Requirements

• This position requires a car, and a willingness to travel in the areas surrounding Atlanta
• A BCBA certificate
• Experience working with children or children with disabilities
• Salary is competitive and varies depending on coursework completed and previous experience
