Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role at Academy360 Lower School in Livingston, NJ. The incumbent will work on autism-spectrum education with a private NJ state-approved setting and a step-based salary structure.

The position requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with focus on data analysis, behavior intervention plans, and positive behavior supports.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology or related field and have current certification as a BCBA.
• Experience with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans and Positive Behavior Supports.
• Proficient in Behavior Skills Training.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze data and make data based decisions.
• Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
