Job summary

NEEDS Center in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA to oversee and enhance our residential and center-based programs for adults with developmental disabilities, with a primary focus on ASD. You will lead clinical services, ensure delivery of evidence-based interventions, and supervise staff.

The role requires a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, and 2+ years of ABA experience, with duties including FBA/FA, staff training, and data-driven program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification/license is required.
• At least three (2) years of ABA experience with developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for an assigned caseload.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide training, support, and feedback to DSPs to manage challenging behaviors.
• Perform FBA and FA for individuals with challenging behaviors.
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
