Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is expanding its leadership team to include an Assistant Clinical Director/BCBA. This role will help oversee ABA programming, supervise staff, and support positive patient outcomes in collaboration with families and community providers.

The Assistant Clinical Director/BCBA will assist the Clinical Director in staff training, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality care across home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification and CT licensure.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience overseeing BCBAs/BCaBAs/RBTs.
• Experience with autism using ABA in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Review funder reports to ensure clinical integrity.
• Oversee staff training in ABA principles.
• Co-facilitate biweekly BCBA team meetings.
• Assist in timely submission of funder and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct Fidelity checks to maintain quality of care.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Manage a modified caseload and guide programming.
• Participate in trainings to promote professional development.
• Collaborate with clients, staff, and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
