Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments) in clients' homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Complete detailed and timely clinical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless case handoff.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards.
