Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an Area Director to lead a team of Supervising Clinicians and ensure high-quality ABA therapy across client caseloads in our Massachusetts operations. You will provide clinical oversight, review assessments, set hourly recommendations, and drive program fidelity while fostering growth and client satisfaction.

Reporting to leadership, you will mentor staff, conduct monthly reviews, and champion QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Mentor and manage a team of Supervising Clinicians.
• Lead a team to provide high-quality ABA therapy and hour recommendations.
• Review assessments and ensure clinically accurate goals and programming.
• Conduct fidelity assessments to drive quality and consistency.
• Champion clinical initiatives and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of the assigned caseload per leadership guidelines.
• Ensure 10%+ supervision and minimum parent training hours monthly.
• Submit initial assessments and timely reassessments.
• Lead team meetings and monthly performance reviews.
• Engage with referrals and drive client satisfaction.
