Job summary

AKABA LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA team across home, center, and community settings in Massachusetts. You will provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, oversee staff training, manage a small caseload, and help direct service delivery to ensure compassionate, high‑quality care.

You will work with leadership to review policies, participate in intake assessments, and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree, BCBA Certification, LABA required.
• 3+ years supervising ABA services as BCBA.
• Positive, solution‑focused approach with clients and families.
• Experience with ABA practice management software (Central Reach, RethinkBH).
• Familiarity with VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ABLLS-R, and EFL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an average of 22 billable hours.
• 4 onsite days in the office/center for at least 5 hours per day.
• Lead Biweekly Leadership Meetings and supervise BCBAs/therapists.
• Oversee staff training and intake assessments; review policies.
• Write and develop client programming (BIP) and conduct initial assessments.
