Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director BCBA across locations. The role focuses on supervising clinical teams, developing individualized treatment plans, and advancing ABA services for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field and BACB-approved ABA coursework.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience with children with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and supervise treatment plans for patients on caseload (up to 200 hours).
• Provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and support staff.
• Monitor and analyze patient data to adapt treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers to improve home-based ABA strategies.
• Work with a team of clinicians to foster belonging and inclusion.

How You Will Nurture Your Patients and Teammates

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on your caseload - up to 200 hours.
• Supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and any other support staff involved with patients at clinic.
• Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress.
• Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home.
• Work collaboratively and collectively with Bloomwell teammates tocreate a positive environment focused on belonging and inclusion.

What You Need to Have

• Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a BCBA.
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for building, growth and innovation.
