Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director BCBA to lead clinical teams and supervise RBT staff while ensuring high-quality ABA care for children with autism across our locations.

The role focuses on supervising clinicians, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and partnering with families to maximize progress. A Master’s in ABA and 3+ years BCBA experience are required, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a BCBA.
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for building, growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on your caseload - up to 200 hours.
• Supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and any other support staff involved with patients at clinic.
• Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress.
• Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home.
• Work collaboratively and collectively with Bloomwell teammates to reate a positive environment focused on belonging and inclusion.
