Job summary

Positive Reinforcement LLC is seeking a BCBA to deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings with a cap of four clients. You will control your schedule and build strong relationships with families while conducting assessments and guiding intervention plans.

Responsibilities include data-driven program design, FBAs, parent training, and ongoing plan modification to ensure progress for children with autism. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required for this role.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst license is required.
• Experience delivering in-home ABA services preferred.
• Ability to design and implement individualized ABA plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (max caseload 4).
• Set own schedule and therapy sessions.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS.
• Perform FBAs to guide therapy.
• Design and modify treatment plans based on data.
