Job summary

Positive Reinforcement LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based therapy. You will provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy with a small caseload, set your own schedule, and build positive relationships with families.

Set own schedule and therapy sessions
Develop positive relationships with clients and families
Conduct assessments using tools like VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS
Perform FBAs to guide therapy
Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct parent training on ABA and autism topics
Analyze and graph data to adjust interventions

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (maximum caseload of 4 clients)
