Job summary

Mirabelle Care in Ada, OK is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment and mentor clinicians across ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams. The role is onsite, full-time, with standard weekday hours.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans while training caregivers and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs.
• Provide ongoing caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications: Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional growth
• Successful completion of required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings
