Job summary

Mirabelle Care in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our clinical team. You will work alongside experienced BCBAs to deliver ABA services, implement treatment plans, and support RBTs to drive client progress.

You will help with data collection, analysis, and treatment documentation, collaborating with families and school teams while maintaining BACB ethics and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Oklahoma OLBAB BCaBA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services and implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs.
• Support RBTs under BCBA supervision and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinical teams.
• Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time using EMR.
