Job summary

Mirabelle Care in Elk City, OK is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment, guide caregivers, and mentor clinicians.

You will ensure functional behavior assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with ABA, Speech, and OT teams. This full-time onsite role offers competitive compensation starting at $95,000+ and opportunities to grow within Oklahoma's premier pediatric therapy program.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional growth.
• Successful completion of required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide ongoing caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and clinical excellence.
