Job summary

USA Staffing Network seeks a compassionate BCBA to join our client's team in Boston, MA. The BCBA will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical guidance to ensure evidence-based services.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with families and professionals, supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs and ongoing assessments, and maintain high standards of clinical care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs, skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA treatment programs based on client needs.
• Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data to evaluate progress and make appropriate treatment modifications.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support to RBTs, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other direct-care staff.
• Conduct regular client observations and supervision sessions in accordance with clinical and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in the client's care.

We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our client's team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA treatment programs based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill-acquisition programming.
