Job summary

Little Stars Therapy Services in Wichita, KS seeks a compassionate BCaBA to provide ABA services for children and adolescents ages 2–18 with autism, under BCBA supervision. Services occur in clinic and home settings, with a focus on individualized care and family partnership.

You will contribute to assessments, treatment planning, and support Behavior Technicians in delivering consistent, ethical care, while ensuring accurate documentation and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA or closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and data-based decision making.
• Collaborative approach with families and team.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Support individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with assessments, observations, and data collection.
• Train and support technicians and supervise RBTs.
• Partner with families and provide caregiver training.
• Coordinate scheduling and service delivery across settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Adhere to BACB ethical codes and company policies.
